STIPEND SCHEDULES. Teachers serving as co-curricular advisors, athletic coaches or coordinators, or serving in special assignments as defined specifically in the collective bargaining agreement Appendix B will be paid according to listed negotiated amounts by tier or as subsequently revised. The School Board retains the right to annually designate which positions will be filled and may add activities in accordance with the procedures as described in Appendix B. In the event a stipend position has not been filled for four (4) consecutive years, the Board may choose to delete that activity from those listed in Appendix B.
STIPEND SCHEDULES. Urban Prep shall pay the following stipends for eligible Bargaining Unit Members: Athletic Director/Coordinator $5,000 Team Lead Teachers $4,000 Mentor Teacher (2 max per campus) $20 per hour Freshman Academy $30 per hour Case Managers The annual stipend amount allocated for case managers by CPS Football (Head Coach) $20 per hour Football (Asst. Director) $20 per hour Urban Prep may additionally provide stipends for Bargaining Unit Members who assume additional professional responsibilities and/or leadership roles. Urban Prep will bargain with the Union concerning the identification of those responsibilities and roles and the amounts of the stipends. Urban Prep shall have the discretion to offer a one-time signing bonus of up to $5,000 to potential candidates filing high-need Special Education and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math ("STEM") positions. Such signing bonus shall be paid for the first year of 2 Club stipends are awarded for clubs lasting at least 8 weeks. Each club must have at least 15 students after 8 weeks or there will be a deduction in stipend at the end of the club activities.
