Second Schedule. The principal Agreement is hereby varied as follows —

Second Schedule all import taxes by the country of the port of discharge; and

Second Schedule. Clause 1 of the principal agreement is amended by adding after the definition of “apply” “approve” “approval” “consent” “certify” “direct” “notify” and “request” in subclause (2) the following further definition —

Second Schedule. An appointment of a Registrar of Stock under this clause may be made by the appointment of the holder for the time being of an office, specifying the office but without naming the holder, and in any such case each successive holder of that office and each person who for the time being, occupies or performs the duties of that office shall, without further appointment or other authority, and while he holds or occupies or performs the duties of that office, be the Registrar of Stock under this Act in terms of that appointment.

Second Schedule. The State shall introduce and sponsor a ▇▇▇▇ in the Parliament of Western Australia to ratify this Agreement and endeavour to secure its passage an Act prior to the 31st day of December, 1973.

Second Schedule by deleting from subclause (7) of clause 11 —

Second Schedule. The provisions of this Agreement shall not come into operation unless and until a Bill to approve and ratify this Agreement is passed by the Legislature of the said State and comes into operation as an Act.

Second Schedule. Clause 5 of the principal Agreement is amended by substituting for the passage “registration of the transfer of the works site” in lines one and two of subclause (8) the passage — “issue of the grant to the Company referred to in subclause (4) of clause 3 hereof.”
