Number of Meetings. At least 4 (four) Board Meetings will be held in every calendar year and at least one meeting shall be held in every calendar quarter. Board Meetings may be held more frequently at the direction of the DTPL Directors. Not more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) days shall elapse between the date of one Board Meeting and the next Board Meeting.
