STATEMENT OF INTENT TO PAY PREVAILING WAGES. Before commencing any work under this Contract, Contractor (and all subcontractors) shall file with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, for approval, a statement, under oath, certifying its Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages. Contractor also shall provide a copy of the Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages to Enterprise Services.

STATEMENT OF INTENT TO PAY PREVAILING WAGES. Prior to the Owner paying the Design-Builder for any work under this Agreement, whether such work is subject to prevailing wages or not, the Design-Builder shall file with the Department of Labor and Industries a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages for itself, and a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages for any subcontractor of any tier that performed work subject to prevailing wages during the period for which payment is sought. All such Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages must be approved by the Department of Labor and Industries prior to payment by the Owner.

STATEMENT OF INTENT TO PAY PREVAILING WAGES. Before payment is made by the Owner to the Contractor for any work performed by the Contractor and Subcontractors whose work is included in the application for payment, the Contractor shall submit, or shall have previously submitted to the Owner for the Project, a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages, approved by the Department of Labor and Industries, certifying the rate of hourly wage paid and to be paid each classification of laborers, workers, or mechanics employed upon the Work by Contractor and Subcontractors. Such rates of hourly wage shall not be less than the prevailing wage rate.

All such Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages must be approved by the Department of Labor and Industries prior to filing them with the County.
