Staff Development Educational Leave Hours. These educational leave hours will be jointly administered by the PNCC and the nursing education department. Resource nurses who have worked a minimum of 1,040 hours in the immediately preceding fiscal year shall be eligible to participate in a separate pool of eight hundred (800) one thousand (1000) educational hours per fiscal year.
