Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee.
Services of Consultant Consultant agrees to perform for Client the Services. As such Consultant will provide bona fide services to Client. The services to be provided by Consultant will not be in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and will not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Client's securities.

Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.
