Security/Safety. Security and safety is a priority when accessing any computer or electronic device on our campuses. Each student will use a specific and individually assigned school district authenticated username and password to access our network while at school. Any inappropriate activity that may occur will be sent automatically to the principal. All passwords and codes are to be protected as private information for individual use; therefore, are not to be shared with any other students. VUSD provides students with a filtered and secure environment within the District computer network. However, we cannot control what is accessed or loaded onto the devices once at home. The device is the responsibility of the student and parent/guardians. Any inappropriate applications, documents, content, images, or sound bytes that are brought to school on devices from home will be handled in accordance with guidelines published in the school site handbook.

Opening and closing of the building securely will avoid cost of damages to the user from vandalism. Use of candles or any flammable type material is prohibited in the building or on the grounds. The person responsible for renting the hall should acquaint all attendees with the fire exits. Charcoal or gas grills may be used on the grounds if allowed by the Town Board. Applicants must request permission in writing and must adhere to conditions of use as set by the Town Board. Open fires and fire pits are not allowed at any time. The United Nations and the Government agree that the Gov- ernment is responsible for the security of all accused, irrespective of whether they appear voluntarily before the Extraordinary Chambers or whether they are under arrest.

Security/Safety. All doors are secured with electronic locks. Tenants shall use card keys for all entry into the buildings during non-business hours. Card keys will be issued upon tenant occupancy. Any new card keys or replacement card keys will be issued upon written request of the tenant. A fee may be charged for all cards. All keys must be returned to building management whenever there is a change of status in the employee holding the card (i.e. termination, change of access authority). Tenants must provide automobile registration information to building management as requested from time to time. All tenants are responsible for complete and immediate evacuation of the building in the event of an alarm. Parking Regulations All employees, visitors, contractors, vendors and guests of a tenant shall abide by all posted parking regulations. Illegally parked vehicles involving handicapped reserved spaces are subject to ticketing and towing by the City. All other vehicles parked in violation of posted regulations are subject to towing with all costs charged to the owner of the vehicle. When leaving any vehicle in the parking areas overnight, the owner must notify the building manager with the make, model, plate number and other pertinent information as requested. All employees, visitors, contractors, vendors and guests must cooperate with building management in the event of a snowstorm or other emergency. Snow emergency parking areas are designated for any non-business hours parking for the purpose of allowing snow removal equipment access to parking areas. Any vehicles parked in non-designated spaces are subject to towing without notice. Trash Removal Disposal of any furniture, crates, computer equipment and other abnormal office trash requires special handling with additional charges to the tenant. Any items not placed in appropriate trash receptacles or clearly labeled as trash will not be removed from the office premises. All tenants must cooperate with building management in implementing a recycling program. Move In/Move Out
Security/Safety. LICENSEE shall provide and bear the expense of adequate staffing to accommodate its members, patrons, attendees, and invitees and provide police officers and other adequate medical personnel during its use of Rotary Park facilities and fields. LICENSEE will provide sufficient staff and personnel to ensure, to the maximum extent practical, that good behavior is maintained and the public’s health and safety while in attendance is protected at all LICENSEE events and other uses.
