Special Initiatives. The Chief may fund special initiatives through the CTA Program to focus resources on a specific program objective. Each special initiative must lead to specific accomplishments, which are to be entered into the agency performance reporting system where applicable. Special Initiatives.  For grants that focus on a special initiative or activity, the Grantee will work with the Community Foundation to publicly announce the funding in an appropriate manner, such as a special community event, media outreach effort, or other marketing opportunity.

The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
