Program Objective. The objectives of the Department’s grants are to:
Program Objective. The primary objective of the OJT Program is to offer equal opportunity for the training and upgrading of minorities, women, and disadvantaged persons toward journeymen status in the highway construction trades. The OJT Program has been developed in accordance with 23 CFR 230, Appendix B to Subpart A (Training Special Provisions) and is administered by INDOT’s Economic Opportunity Division.

Program Objective. To teach the basic fundamentals of Lacrosse and provide a fun expe- rience for all participants. Our program is designed to enhance the growth of youth in various areas of life skills such as; accepting responsibility, sportsmanship, discipline, and developing physical fitness, all of which are critical to youth development.

The Program consists of the Transition to High Value Agriculture Project and the Road Rehabilitation Project as further described in this Annex I.

The objective of the Program (the “Program Objective”) is to expand business production and productivity, generate greater economic opportunities for households and improve the capacity to provide public and social services by improving the quantity and quality of the supply of electricity. The Program consists of the projects described in Annex I (each, a “Project”, and collectively, the “Projects”).

The objective of the Program (the “Program Objective”) is to support strategic investments in general education, technical and vocational education and training and higher education that will strengthen the quality of education in Georgia, with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and math (“STEM”) education. The Program consists of the projects described in Annex I (each a “Project” and collectively, the “Projects”).
Program Objective. The objective of the Program is to offer a safe place for adult single men and women experiencing homelessness to receive bridge housing, emergency shelter, and appropriate services needed while preparing for permanent housing placements using the Housing First model and contribute to the regional goals of ensuring instances of homelessness are rare, brief, and non-recurring. All services must be easily accessible and evaluated for effectiveness on a regular basis.
