Ancillary Facilities definition

Ancillary Facilities means all facilities ancillary to the Temporary Casino or the Melbourne Casino identified in the Melbourne Casino Complex Development Proposals or the Temporary Casino Complex Development Proposals (as the case may be) to be constructed on or located within the Temporary Casino Site or the Site, including an hotel, restaurant, retail, recreation, entertainment and carparking facilities, residential and office accommodation, staff facilities, staff carparking, coach storage facilities and open space areas;
Ancillary Facilities means facilities necessary for the establishment, support or operation of a Plant or a Mine which are located in the Mid West Region and are the subject of approved proposals, including but not limited to facilities for power generation and transmission, water extraction treatment supply and disposal, oxygen production, natural gas treatment, raw material and product storage handling and transportation (including rail facilities and port facilities), residue disposal, communications, maintenance and administration;
Ancillary Facilities means facilities commonly associated with outdoor recreational activities, including but not limited to, parking lots, warming shelters, restrooms, outhouses, bridges, and culverts.

Ancillary Facilities means all wharves, personnel, spill response equipment, emergency response equipment, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, fire monitors, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), toxic gas monitoring equipment, mooring equipment, winches, loading arms, hoses, drains, pipes, valves, manifolds, pumps, meters, and all other related equipment and facilities that support the infrastructure required to deliver Customer’s Product from a Marine Vessel to the Pipelines or from the Pipelines to a Marine Vessel.
Ancillary Facilities means the facilities, structures and improvements at the Site that are within Contractor's Scope of Work as provided in Exhibit A but are not part of a Unit.
Ancillary Facilities means the following improvements: (i) various public improvements, including but not limited to roads, sidewalks and utility improvements adjacent to and in the vicinity of the Administration Facilities and (ii) an emergency operations center and related facilities.
