More Definitions of Authorized Client

Authorized Client means a Person who either: (i) BGC or any of BGC’s Affiliates permits to access any of the Databases under these Terms or (ii) is party to a Client Agreement with BGC or a BGC Affiliate. An Authorized Client’s Affiliates also become “Authorized Clients” by using the Databases or having BGC use the Databases for them. For greater certainty, where BGC grants a Subscription to a particular company, that company is considered the Authorized Client, and those of the company’s Personnel who use or access the Databases are considered that Authorized Client’s Users. “Authorized Client’s User Group” refers collectively to an Authorized Client, the Authorized Client’s Affiliates (including Affiliates who are or later become Authorized Clients), and each User who accesses or uses any of the Databases for or with permission of the Authorized Client or any of its Affiliates. If an Authorized Client is an individual who has no Affiliates and does not allow or enable other Users to access the Databases, then with respect to that Authorized Client any reference to “Authorized Client’s User Group” refers only to that Authorized Client.
