Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or the building where the Tenant's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the Leased Premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living. Tenant and members of Tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or in the Building where Tenant’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of the Building or other parts of the rental community. Tenant shall not permit any guests or visitors under control of Tenant to do so. As such, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including, but not limited to: Any dwelling unit, including, but not limited to, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathroom, patios, balconies, unit entryway areas, and leased exterior spaces; or in the common areas of any Landlord building, community, common area, or facility. Tenant has read and agrees to abide by the terms of Landlord’s No Smoking Policy set forth in Exhibit H attached to this Lease.

Resident and members of Resident's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Resident, or the building where the Resident's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall Resident permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to do so.

Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Xxxxxx, and members of Tenant’s household, have been designated as smoke-free. Tenant, members of Tenant’s household, and guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere inside of the apartment, or the building which includes the garage where the Tenant’s apartment is located. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that this policy applies to all guests and visitors of Tenant and that a violation of this policy by Xxxxxx, members of Tenant’s household, guests, visitors, or persons coming to Tenant’s apartment or the building because of Tenant, shall be a breach of this lease and grounds for termination of Tenant’s occupancy agreement and forfeiture of security deposit. Smoke-Free Complex. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Resident is a smoke-free living environment. Resident and authorized occupants shall not smoke anywhere in the Premises rented by Resident or any areas attached thereto such as: decks, patios, porches or the building where the Resident’s Premises is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community such as steps or adjoining walkways. Any smoking must be 25 feet from the complex. Nor shall Resident permit any guest or visitor of Resident to do so. Residents must inform their guests of the no-smoking policy.
Smoke-Free Complex. Employee agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Employee and members of Employee’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Employee and members of Employee’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit occupied by Employee, or the building where the Employee’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the complex, nor shall Employee permit any guests or visitors under the control of Employee to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the Resident’s unit has been designated as smoke-free. Resident, members of Resident’s household, and guests shall not smoke anywhere in the building, in any other unit rented by other residents, or in any interior common areas of the building. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but not within 25 feet of any building entrance. At Management’s discretion, Management may designate outdoor smoking areas with signs, and Resident must smoke only in any so-designated smoking areas. Resident agrees to inform his/her guests of these rules and to secure Resident’s guests’ compliance with these rules.
