AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. It is understood and acknowledged that no persons other than the Resident and an approved Co-Resident are authorized to reside in the Home without the written permission of the Property Manager.
AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. Only the Tenant and immediate family members listed in section 1.2 may occupy the apartment. In no event shall any person not listed herein occupy the apartment for more than 10 days in any month without written permission of the Lessor’s Director of Housing.
AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. The Resident is the only authorized occupant of the Unit under this Agreement. The Resident shall not assign, sublet or otherwise dispose of or in any way part with the possession of or grant any licence to use the Unit in the Premises; and the Resident shall not permit any person to remain in the Premises as an overnight guest without the prior approval of the Operator.
AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. Only Authorized Occupants listed on this Agreement may occupy the premises. Additional occupants must be approved in writing by management in advance and are subject to full screening and qualification procedures. Resident also may not assign the lease or sublease the dwelling unit.
