Sick leave for Fixed Term Employees. Clause 5.3.1 will be amended with the addition of the following new sentence between the current first and last sentence: “That full annual sick leave entitlement shall be prorated for fixed term employees according to the length of their term of employment e.g. entitlement of an employee engaged for six months fixed term is five days.”
