Use of Vacation Leave for Sick Leave Purposes. The Employer may allow an employee who has used all of his or her sick leave to use vacation leave for sick leave purposes as provided in Article 12.2 A. An employee who has used all of his or her sick leave may use vacation leave for sick leave purposes as provided in Article 12.2 B – H.
Use of Vacation Leave for Sick Leave Purposes. The College may allow an employee who has used all of their sick leave to use vacation leave for sick leave purposes as provided in Section 14.2 A-I of Article 14–Sick Leave.
Use of Vacation Leave for Sick Leave Purposes. An employee who has used all accrued sick leave may be allowed to use accrued vacation leave and/or compensatory time off for sick leave purposes when approved in advance or authorized by the employee’s manager. Consistent with federal and state law, an employee who has worked for the Library for at least twelve (12) consecutive months and for one thousand forty (1,040) hours during the twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the requested leave, is entitled to up to twelve (12) work weeks of Family and Medical Leave per year for any combination of the following:
