Settlement Benefit. Settlement Class Members who meet and satisfy the threshold requirements of Tier 1(a) benefits above will be entitled to reimbursement of certain out-of-pocket expenses constituting a Paid Qualifying Repair or Replacement up to $400.00.
Settlement Benefit. 25. In full, complete, and final settlement and satisfaction of the ACTION and all RELEASED CLAIMS, and subject always to the terms, conditions, and provisions of this AMENDED AGREEMENT, including COURT approval, MEF agrees to provide the following settlement benefits: within ten (10) days of the EFFECTIVE DATE, MEF shall fund the SETTLEMENT FUND. The SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR shall establish the SETTLEMENT FUND as a Qualified Settlement Fund pursuant to Section 468(g) of the Internal Revenue Code and all regulations promulgated thereunder for purposes of administering the SETTLEMENT.
Settlement Benefit. The Individual Net Settlement Benefit of a listed participant is as defined above.

Each Settlement Class Member that has not excluded itself from the Settlement Class will be eligible to receive a settlement check(s) from the Claims Administrator based on the Allocation Procedures developed by Class Counsel, which are subject to final approval by the Court as fair and reasonable.

Settlement Benefit. 6.2 To the extent that there is more than one borrower on a Xxxxx Fargo loan subject to this Settlement, the co-borrowers shall be deemed to be one member of the pertinent Settlement Class and Settlement Benefits shall be paid by check payable jointly to the co- borrowers on such loan.

Payment for Unreimbursed Out-of-Pocket Losses: If you spent money to address fraud or identity theft or to protect yourself from future harm that is fairly traceable to the Data Breach, then you can submit a claim for reimbursement. Out-of-Pocket losses that are eligible for reimbursement through the Settlement may include, but are not limited to, the following costs related to the Data Breach and incurred after February 1, 2020:

Each member of the Class (“Class Member”) who submits a Valid Claim Form (as described below in this Section V(B)) and does not exclude himself or herself from the Class (as described in Section VIII(B) below) will be eligible to receive a check (“Benefit Check”) in an amount to be determined that is estimated to be approximately $100. Settlement Benefit. 2.1. For settlement purposes only, the Parties agree to ask the Court to certify the Settlement Class under California Code of Civil Procedure § 382.
Settlement Benefit. Six Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Dollars ($676,000.00) shall be distributed to Class Members. The amount paid to each Class Member shall be calculated based on the pro-rata amount of money the Class Member financed using open-end financing, and payment shall be made in the form of a check that must be cashed within ninety (90) days from the date of issuance, as stated on the face of the check; and
