Settlement Class Members definition

Settlement Class Members means a Person(s) who falls within the definition of the Settlement Class.
Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.

More Definitions of Settlement Class Members

Settlement Class Members means those persons who are members of the Settlement Class, as set forth in the definition in Section 2.33 above, and who do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
