Settlement Class Members definition

Settlement Class Members means a Person(s) who falls within the definition of the Settlement Class.
Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.
Settlement Class Members means those persons who are members of the Class, as set forth in the Class definition in Section 2.07 above, and who do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
