Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to the Settlement Class Members pursuant to Section 4.2.3 herein.

• To the extent that a Benefit Check issued to a Settlement Class Member is not cashed or deposited within sixty (60) days after the date of issue, the check will be void.

• To the extent that a Benefit Check issued to a Settlement Class Member is not cashed within ninety (90) days after the date of issue, the check will be void.

• If awarded, the Settlement Administrator shall disburse any Incentive Award to Class Representative within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date and only after receiving any and all necessary W-9 form(s) from Class Representative, but prior to the issuance of any Benefit Check or payment of Cash Benefit to any Settlement Class Member.

• Such Benefit Checks shall be drawn on the Payment Account and the Settlement Administrator shall mail each Benefit Check to the address provided for each eligible Class Member on the Class Member List or, if applicable, to any updated address provided to and/or obtained by the Settlement Administrator and/or Class Counsel prior to the Final Approval Date.

More Definitions of Benefit Check

Benefit Check means the negotiable check to be sent to those Class Members who shall receive the Consideration pursuant to Paragraphs 3.01 and 3.03 through 3.06 below.

Benefit Check means the negotiable instrument to be sent to the Settlement Class Members by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to this Settlement Agreement.
