Benefit Check definition

Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to the Settlement Class Members pursuant to Section 4 herein.
Benefit Check means the check to be sent to those Class Members who submit a Valid Claim Form and who shall receive consideration under paragraph 15.3 below.

Examples of Benefit Check in a sentence

  • If the Settlement Amount exceeds the rent overcharges for Class Members, or Class Members do not negotiate their Benefit Check within ninety (90) days of their date of issue, then any remainder of the Settlement Amount including excess and/or unclaimed funds will be disbursed pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 384 and not revert to Defendants.


More Definitions of Benefit Check

Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to the Settlement Class 2 Members pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. 3
