Allocation Procedures definition

Allocation Procedures means the process, specified in Exhibit Q, for fairly dividing the Settlement Amount to determine the amount payable to each Qualifying Class Member from the Qualified Settlement Fund.
Allocation Procedures means the process set forth in Exhibit C to this Settlement Agreement for determining the Allocated Amount payable to individual Qualifying Settlement Class Members from the Settlement Funds.
