Settlement Class definition

Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.
Settlement Class or “Settlement Class Members” means all Class Members that do not Opt-Out of the Settlement.
Settlement Class means the class described in Section II (E)(2) below.

Examples of Settlement Class in a sentence

  • The release shall be effective with respect to the Settlement Class Members who do not validly opt-out of the Class Settlement, who worked for Defendant during the Class Period.

  • Settlement Class Members can submit a claim for reimbursement for time spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach for up to four (4) total hours at a rate of twenty-five United States Dollars ($25) per hour capped at one hundred United States Dollars ($100) (“Lost-Time Claims”).

  • The Settlement Agreement shall not be subject to collateral attack, including by any Settlement Class Member or any recipient of notices of the Settlement after the Judgment is entered.

  • No documentation need be submitted in connection with Lost-Time Claims, but Settlement Class Members must attest that the time claimed was actually spent as a result of the Data Breach.

  • Within fourteen (14) days after the Court’s entry of a Preliminary Approval Order, Nationwide-Sightcare shall provide the Settlement Administrator with available contact information for Settlement Class Members.


More Definitions of Settlement Class

Settlement Class means all Persons included in the Ontario Settlement Class, the Quebec Settlement Class and the BC Settlement Class.
Settlement Class means the class described in Section II(F)(3) below.
Settlement Class means all persons who participated in the Plans at any time during the Class Period, including any Beneficiary of a deceased person who participated in one or more of the Plans at any time during the Class Period, and any Alternate Payee of a person subject to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order who participated in one or more of the Plans at any time during the Class Period. Excluded from the Settlement Class are each of the individual members of the Investment Committee during the Class Period.
Settlement Class. “Class Member,” or “Settlement Class Member” shall mean each member of the settlement class, as defined in Section III of this Agreement, who does not timely elect to be excluded from the Settlement Class, and includes, but is not limited to, Plaintiff.
Settlement Class means all members of the Class who do not validly opt out of this Settlement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Settlement Class or “Settlement Class Members” means those persons who are members of the Class, as set forth in the Class definition in Section 2.07 above, and who do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
Settlement Class means the settlement class comprising all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired any securities issued by the Debtor, including, without limitation, any Senior Notes, Subordinated Notes, Equity Interests, options thereon, or any STRATS during the Class Period. Excluded from the Settlement Class are defendants in the Securities Actions, members of their immediate families, and their legal representatives, heirs, successors or assigns. Also excluded from the Settlement Class are any persons who exclude themselves by filing a timely and valid request for exclusion in accordance with applicable requirements.
