Water Usage. Manufactured home park water is metered by the City of Prince Xxxxxx. Please conserve and be water smart. Increased water costs will be passed onto the tenant. No continuous running of water.
Water Usage. By signing this agreement, you agree to provide the Contractor the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required it will be at an additional charge. It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and working before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

Any damage to carpet, tiles or any floor covering (the “Floor Covering”) in a Room will be charged to the resident. Damage to any Floor Covering in an Apartment Common Area or in the common area of a property will be charged equally between Apartment and property residents respectively, unless the Atira shaped by Scape management is able to identify the specific person or persons responsible for the damage, in which case those person or persons will be charged for the damage.
Water Usage. By signing this Agreement, you agree to provide Home Care Pressure Cleaning, LLC the right to use an on-site water supply, as needed, to complete the above-referenced services without compensation by Home Care Pressure Cleaning, LLC. If an off-site water supply is required to be provided by Home Care Pressure Cleaning, LLC, then it will be provided at an additional charge to the Customer. Failure to provide an on-site water supply when the scheduled work is to be completed will result in a one hundred and twenty-five dollar ($125) fee assessed per tank full of our equipment’s capacity.

Seasonal is prohibited from watering lawns with water from Resort hydrants. Hot tubs, inflatable pools and/or the like are not permitted. Washing of any type of vehicle is prohibited. Washing of RVs on site is restricted to once during the camping season on a mid-week day and must be approved by the Resort. Specific details available at Resort office.

Water Usage. Water usage must be controlled. No overnight, unattended sprinklers allowed in the preparation of industrial sites. No washing down of vehicles or displays is permitted. Water usage must be controlled in accordance with Councils water restrictions.
Water Usage. The travel trailer is equipped with a gray water holding tank that collects water from the shower and sinks. The black water holding tank collects water from the toilet. If staying in a site without full hookups, use water sparingly so as not to exceed the tanks holding capacity. We suggest using the shower facilities in the park. An additional $30 fee will be assessed if the waste water tanks need to be emptied during your stay or if the tanks are emptied on the ground.
Water Usage. If Tenant requires, uses or consumes water for any purpose in addition to ordinary lavatory purposes (and Landlord is able to reasonably establish and document such excessive usage), Landlord may install a water meter to measure Tenant’s water consumption. Tenant shall pay Landlord for the cost of the meter and its installation, and throughout the duration of Tenant’s occupancy Tenant shall keep said meter and equipment in good working order and repair at Tenant’s own cost and expense. Any default hereunder continuing beyond the expiration of applicable notice and cure periods will permit Landlord to replace or repair the meter and collect the cost thereof from Tenant. Tenant agrees to pay for excess water consumed, as shown on the meter within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice for same, and upon default in making such payment Landlord may pay such charges and collect the same from Tenant. Tenant covenants and agrees to pay the sewer rent, charge or any other tax, rent, levy or charge which now or hereafter is assessed, imposed or is a lien upon the demised premises or the realty of which they are part pursuant to law, order or regulation made or issued in connection with its use, consumption, maintenance or supply of water, water system or sewage connection or system. The xxxx rendered by Landlord pursuant to this Article 69 shall be payable by Tenant as Additional Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, on the first day of each month, $100.00 for the use of the water supplied to the Building.
