Particular Conditions definition

Particular Conditions. ’ means the Particular Conditions of the Contract forming an integral part of the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the Particular Conditions attached to and forming part of these General Conditions.
Particular Conditions means the terms and conditions that relate to specific accounts and services in addition to these Terms and Conditions which we notify you of (from time to time) that apply to your Account.

Examples of Particular Conditions in a sentence

  • The bid and all correspondence and documents related to the bid exchanged by a bidder and the Employer shall be in the bid language stipulated in the Bidding Data Sheet and Particular Conditions of Contract.

  • The Bills of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with the Instructions to Tenderers, General and Particular Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, and Drawings.

  • The Framework Agreement shall be based upon FORM No. 3 – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT annexed to the Particular Conditions.

More Definitions of Particular Conditions

Particular Conditions means the particular conditions (if any) set out immediately before the Schedules to the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the document which sets out the additional terms and conditions, clarifications and amendments to these GTCs and/or to any other documents included in the Contract that have been agreed by the parties in writing in respect of the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the Particular Conditions entered into by the Participant and the Commonwealth which refer to these General Conditions.
Particular Conditions means the document entitled particular conditions of contract included in the Contract, which consist of Part A – Contract Data and Part BSpecial Provisions.
Particular Conditions means the document which sets forth for each particular case the additional terms and conditions, clarifications and exceptions to these GTC or to any other documents included in the Contractual Documentation.
Particular Conditions means the Particular Conditions of the Concession Agreement appearing in Appendix 2 to the Concession Agreement.
