Section7. Sunday shall be treated as a premium day and all time worked will be paid for at time and one-half the regular rate of pay irrespective of the number of hours worked during that week. The foregoing will not apply when changes in days or hours to be worked are made at the employee’s request, with the approval of supervision..
Section7. 8(a) of the CADA is hereby amended by deleting the words “are volatile of” set forth in the last sentence thereof and replacing them with the following: “violate”.

Section7. 1(a) — Minimum Consolidated Quick Ratio
Section7. Any employee under indictment or arrested for a felony may be placed on an administrative leave of absence with pay until resolution of the court proceedings. An employee found guilty by rial court may be summarily discharged, and any accrued unused leave will be forfeited to offset the time spent on administrative leave. Where the charges are reduced to a misdemeanor or the employee is found innocent of the charges, the employee may be subject to discipline pursuant to the terms of this article.
Section7. 11 of the Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
