Scope and specifications of Services. Through June 30, 2013, GroceryCo shall provide to SnackCo and SnackCo shall provide to GroceryCo certain customs and import-related services as set forth herein. Supplier agrees to cooperate with Buyer and provide Buyer with accurate, sufficient and timely information in its possession in order for Buyer to conduct its import operations and to exercisereasonable care” (as set forth in 19 U.S.C. § 1484) to enter, classify and determine the value of goods imported by Buyer and any other information necessary for Buyer to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations and to exercise reasonable care and due diligence to achieve compliance with Canada Border Services Agency regulations. Buyer agrees to cooperate with Supplier and provide Supplier with accurate, sufficient and timely information in its possession in order for Supplier to conduct its import operations and to exercise “reasonable care” (as set forth in 19 U.S.C. § 1484) to enter, classify and determine the value of goods imported by Supplier and any other information necessary for Supplier to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations and to exercise reasonable care and due diligence to achieve compliance with Canada Border Services Agency regulations.
Scope and specifications of Services. GroceryCo will provide SnackCo with new ingredient, platform, and process management and support services consistent with past practices in the Projects listed in Exhibit A, as directed by SnackCo. The Parties may, by mutual consent, enter into separate agreements for services in any new projects, which may be identified after the Effective Date.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • General specifications 6.1.1. A vehicle and its electrical/electronic system(s) or ESA(s) shall be so designed, constructed and fitted as to enable the vehicle, in normal conditions of use, to comply with the requirements of this Regulation.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
