Scheduling and Planning the Work. It is the intent of Xxxxxxx State University to complete this project in phases and to retain use and operation of Xxxxxx Hall except for the dates and times as described below. The Owner’s Representative and the Project Designers have formulated a preliminary phasing plan to communicate to the Contractor the basic concept and strategies that need to be addressed during construction. The successful bidding contractor will be required to formulate a FINAL Phasing of the Work Plan, as an update to the following PROPOSED Phasing of the Work, that shall be acceptable to all parties. The FINAL Phasing of the Work Plan shall be managed, directed, and scheduled by the Contractor with an on-going review and comments provided by the Owner’s Representative and the Project Designers. Proposed Phasing of the Work: Phase 1A: At the option of the contractor, all or part of the following work may be installed as part of a Phase 1A of the project in lieu of installing all of the following work as part of Phase 2A/2B of the project: Installation of the hot water heating boilers, B-1 and B-2, the hot water heating pumps, HWP-1 and HWP-2 and the portion of the hot water heating piping system from the boiler room over to but not within the interior of the building. Work under this phase is allowed on only the following dates: November 20, 2018 through November 25, 2018; November 27,2018 through November 29, 2018; December 3, 2018 through December 6, 2018. No shutdown of any air handling unit is allowed during these dates except as noted for the Phase 1B portion of the work. Access to the interior of Xxxxxx Xxxx is allowed on these dates. No blockage or use of the driveway or loading dock of Xxxxxx Hall is allowed outside of these dates and is strictly prohibited outside of these dates; however, a designated, unsecured storage area on the Xxxxxxx State University campus will be made available beginning November 20, 2018 and remain available until on or after February 7, 2019. Phase 1B: At the option of the contractor, all or part of the following work may be installed as part of a Phase 1B of the project in lieu of installing all of the following work as part of Phase 2A/2B of the project: Demolition of existing work and installation of all new work located at the interior of the building that does not require a permanent shutdown or intermittent shutdown of longer than two hours of any one or more of the air handling units AHU-2, AHU-3 and AHU-4, the chilled water cooling sys...

Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
