Phase 1B definition

Phase 1B shall have the meaning assigned in Section 1.1(a)(iv).
Phase 1B shall refer to that portion of Building 1 consisting of approximately 39,876 rentable square feet (38,474 usable square feet) located on the third floor and shown on the Site Plan.
Phase 1B. Phase 1B means the clinical study to be conducted pursuant to Protocol ELC101-20 entitled a “Phase 1b Dose-escalation Study of the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Fixed-dose Eniluracil with Escalating Doses of Capecitabine Administered Orally in Patients with Advanced, Refractory Gastrointestinal (GI) Tract Tumors with Dose Confirmation at the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D),” as approved by the FDA pursuant to IND for the Product or, after prior notification and discussion with Elion when commercially practicable, any FDA accepted modification of the Protocol that would still classify it as a Phase 1B or Phase 2 study. As used herein, “Dose Confirmation” shall mean any dose confirmation in the Phase 1B or any dose confirmation that facilitates a Phase 2.

More Definitions of Phase 1B

Phase 1B means Segment B (less that portion included in Phase 1A), Segments D, E (including Branching Unit 2), F, G, H (including Branching Unit 3), I, J (including Branching Unit 4), K and L, all as more fully described in the Technical Volume.
Phase 1B means that part of the Toll Road between KMx to KMy as more particularly described in Schedule 3 (Specification);

Phase 1B means a Phase 1 study of the Primary Compound (in a combination protocol) subsequent to Xxxxx 0x.
