Schedule of Hourly Rates. The hourly rates of pay set out in the attached Schedule “A” shall apply during the term of this Agreement.

Schedule of Hourly Rates. Name Position All-Inclusive Rates # The rates in this Schedule may be used by the Client for reference in the valuation of changes in accordance with Clause 7 of the Contract. The rates are fixed for the duration of the Contract. The hourly rate shall only apply to the time spent attending to the Services associated with the change to the Services instructed by the Client. Travelling time will not be considered in the valuation of the changes. The rates contained in this Schedule are inclusive of all wages, salary, overtime, on cost, overheads, profit, taxes and incidental expenses and all other allowances paid or payable by the Consultant in accordance with the relevant laws and associated with the provision of the Services.
