Schedule of Hourly Rates. If compensation to the Construction Manager for Additional CM Services pursuant to Section 7.6 herein, or otherwise as agreed by the Parties, is to be paid, in whole or in part, based on hourly labor rates for the personnel providing the services, the rates shall conform to the following schedule of hourly rates unless and except to the extent the Parties agree otherwise. Schedule of Hourly Rates. Name Position All-Inclusive Rates # The rates in this Schedule may be used by the Client for reference in the valuation of changes in accordance with Clause 7 of the Contract. The rates are fixed for the duration of the Contract. The hourly rate shall only apply to the time spent attending to the Services associated with the change to the Services instructed by the Client.   • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Holiday Schedule A. The Employer will determine the number and cate- gories of employees needed for holiday work and a schedule shall be posted as of the Tuesday preceding the service week in which the holiday falls.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. The Employer shall post a list no later than December 15th of each year stating on which day the Civic Holiday and any other deferred holiday will be observed.

  • Pay Schedule 48.1 The regularly scheduled payday shall be bi-weekly, every other Thursday.
