BIM Manager. Designer’s representative responsible for coordinating the performance and execution of BIM related services and deliverables on the Project in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan among the Designer, Consultants, general contractor, Owner’s Project Manager (if any), and appropriate personnel participating in the Project from the Awarding Authority and, if appropriate, User Agency.

BIM Manager. The individual representing a member of the DBE responsible for managing the modeling and coordination processes for the Project. Bluebeam Studio Session: A cloud-based tool allowing collaborated PDF viewing, markup, reply to markups, and markup status of specific Project documents. Markups added from up to 100 authorized users can be viewed live and responded to by all Session attendees. Bonded Warehouse: A bonded warehouse is a storage area where materials purchased bythe DESIGN-BUILDER and paid for by GLENN COUNTY HHSA may be stored while awaiting installation. The Bonded Warehouse must: (1) be located within the County; (2) provide evidence to have adequate insurance to replace the materials stored in the event of theft or destruction (regardless of the reason); and (3) be available to the GLENN COUNTY HHSA for inspection and verification of the materials present. Building Information Modeling (BIM): A Building Information Model(s) is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the Project and is referred to in this Contract as the “Model(s)”, which term may be used herein to describe a Model Element, a single Model, or multiple Models used in an aggregate. Building Information Modeling means the process and technology used to create the Model. Bulletin: The GLENN COUNTY HHSA Representative may furnish additional detailed and/or graphic instructions to further explain the work, and such instructions shall be a part of the Contract Documents.

Examples of BIM Manager in a sentence

  • The Awarding Authority may at any time rescind the Approval of an employee of Designer, the designated BIM Manager, or a Consultant if, in the Awarding Authority’s sole reasonable discretion, such employee, BIM Manager, or Consultant is incompetent, irresponsible or otherwise unsatisfactory, and the Designer shall remove such Consultant, BIM Manager, or employee from work on this Contract.

  • Designer shall appoint a BIM Manager for the Study/Schematic Design Phase and, if applicable, the Design Phase, who shall be Approved by the Awarding Authority.

  • If an employee, BIM Manager, or Consultant is so removed, the Designer shall provide another employee, BIM Manager, or Consultant with similar credentials and qualifications (including but not limited to MBE/WBE) and that is Approved by the Awarding Authority.

  • The removal of such employee, BIM Manager, or Consultant shall not relieve the Designer from its responsibilities for the services to be provided by such employee or Consultant under this Contract.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Airport Manager means any individual who is properly appointed and designated by the airport owner as the airport manager, and who is responsible for the supervision and operation of the airport to the airport owner.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
