Project Executive. Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations having a significant impact on processes and strategic plans. Negotiates critical and sometimes controversial issues with industry counterparts in other organizations. Displays a high degree of project management expertise and program oversight experience. Individuals at this level exhibit a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering and planning complexities, determining overall program objectives and requirements, and developing standards for planning activities.
Project Executive. Design-Builder shall assign as Project Executive to supervise Design-Builder’s services and the Work and be available to Owner at all reasonable times.
Project Executive. Each Party shall designate a senior level individual who will be authorized to act as the primary contact for that Party and who will have authority to make decisions for the Party for any actions taken or decisions made in the ordinary course of operations (each a "Project Executive"). The Project Executive for each Party will be designated in the Master Agreement. Each Project Executive may designate in writing other individuals to serve as points of contact for each Order, and the Project Executives will be identified in writing on each Order.
Project Executive. Construction Manager shall assign as Project Executive to supervise Construction Manager’s services and the Work and be available to Owner at all reasonable times.
Project Executive. If the Integrated Planning Team does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after the date of receipt by a Party of a notice of submission of a dispute to the Integrated Planning Team for resolution, the members of the Integrated Planning Team shall report to their respective Project Executives and the dispute shall be remitted to the Project Executives for resolution. The Project Executives shall discuss the problem and negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after the referral to them.
Project Executive. The Engineer shall not be entitled to payment for the services of the Project Executive. Compensation for the Project Executive is deemed included in the Multiplier.
Project Executive. The Project Executive, identified in Exhibit B, shall serve as the Construction Manager’s principal representative with respect to its obligations under this Agreement. Such Project Executive shall be responsible for coordinating the activities of personnel performing services and for providing, on an as needed basis, executive or management expertise and oversight with respect to the Project. The Construction Manager shall not be entitled to reimbursement for services provided by any Project Executive(s). Compensation for services provided by any Project Executive(s) is deemed included in the Multiplier.

As promptly as possible after the Closing Date, Rhino and the Company shall each appoint a project executive (together, the “Project Executives”) who shall have primary responsibility for administration of this Agreement and who shall serve as the primary contacts with respect to the Transition Services provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Project Executive. Except as provided otherwise herein, the supervision and management of the work called for by the Contract and any and all matters relating thereto, including supervision of activities in the field, project management, purchasing, and, in addition, the processing and checking and approval of shop drawings, the making of change estimates, and the control of information for the field, shall be under the general charge and supervision of a Project Executive. The Project Executive shall report to and be subject to the overall control, management and direction of the Executive Committee.
