Pay Schedule definition

Pay Schedule. Each administrator in the School District hired before December 10, 2014, shall receive his/her pay in twenty-six (26) equal installments on a biweekly basis. Each administrator will participate in the direct deposit payroll program offered by the District Other than the High School Principal, who works a full year, pay for a new school year for administrators hired after December 10, 2014, shall begin no earlier than August 1st, and only after the Administrator has actually reported for work for the new school year. Current administrators hired before December 10, 2014, will work out with the Superintendent any pay issues that may arise should the administrator’s employment be terminated in July or August of a school year and the administrator received pay before the beginning of his/her work year for the new school year.”

  • This increase is reflected in the Standard Pay Schedule in Appendix A.

  • When layoffs occur, a qualified employee at the work location having the longest unit seniority within each bargaining unit classification (Classroom Assistant, Certified Classroom Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Certified Teacher Assistant) and those individual categories listed on the Program Assistant Pay Schedule) affected, shall be laid off last.

  • To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 121 of the Bylaws, Classification and Wage Salary Plan, by changing certain job titles where indicated and reclassify certain positions in the Administrative Pay Schedule; to strike out the pay schedule as it relates to Administrative personnel, substitute in place thereof the new pay schedules and to transfer from available funds and/or appropriate a sum of money to make said new pay schedules effective, or take any other action relative thereto.

  • However, should the results of an appropriate job analysis(es) or reorganization result in the modification of an existing Pay Schedule or the reassignment of a position to a different Pay Schedule, such reclassifications, including an updated Budget Appendix B-1, shall be approved by City Council at a City Council meeting.

  • Each physician and dentist is entitled to base pay determined under the Physician and Dentist Base and Longevity Pay Schedule.

  • This increase is reflected in the Standard Pay Schedule in Appendix D.

Related to Pay Schedule

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Security Schedule means Schedule 2 hereto.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule set out in Schedule 6 (Repayment Schedule).

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
