SALARIES FOR FACULTY. Salary Factors for 2019-2021 The following factors and methodology will be used to determine faculty member salaries for the period from July 1, 2019 until June 30, 2021. The normal salary increase paid to all full-time equivalent faculty for the 2019-2020 academic year shall be 2%, added to the base salary effective the first day of the pay period that includes January 1, 2020. New hires will not be eligible for the normal increase in the year their employment becomes effective. The normal salary increase paid to all full-time equivalent faculty for the 2020-2021 academic year shall be 2%, added to the base salary effective the first day of the pay period that includes January 1, 2021. New hires will not be eligible for the normal increase in the year their employment becomes effective.

SALARIES FOR FACULTY. Salary Factors for 2011-2013 The following factors and methodology will be used to determine faculty member salaries for the period from July 1, 2011 until June 30, 2013. Effective October 1, 2011 a 1% increase to base salaries, plus an additional $500 added to the base for faculty hired on or before September 30, 2011. Effective October 1, 2012 a 2% increase to base salaries, plus an additional $500 added to the base for faculty hired on or before September 30, 2012.

The normal salary increase paid to all full-time equivalent faculty for the 2023-2024 academic year shall be increased by an annualized amount of $2340 (1.0 FTE faculty on an academic year contract) or 4%, whichever is greater, added to the base salary effective the first day of the pay period that includes July 1, 2023. New hires will not be eligible for the normal increase in the year their employment becomes effective.   • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • SALARIES wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave Subject to the provisions herein, employees and officers (hereinafter called "employees") who are absent from their duties because of illness or disability are eligible for sick leave.

  • Eligibility for Promotion An employee in the classification of Police Officer must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the classification of Lincoln Police Officer as of March 1 of the testing year to be eligible to test for the classification of Sergeant.

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES The COUNTY shall determine eligibility for receiving services under this agreement.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.
