Road Infrastructure. The Developer shall pay for and construct all road, street, thoroughfare, and other transportation and drainage related infrastructure and improvements within the Real Property and providing permanent unrestricted access to the Project. Any roads whose standards are dictated by federal, state or county standards shall be constructed according to the respective standards and pursuant to the applicable federal, state or county processes.
Road Infrastructure. Alleviation of traffic bottlenecks consisting of: (a) construction of an expressway of about 18 km along the south bank of the Hun river; (b) reconstruction of about 18 km of Hunhenan Road; (c) construction of related interchanges; (d) construction of a bridge at Wanxin and related road interchange; and (e) resettlement and rehabilitation of Affected Persons in connection with the carrying out of Part B.3 of the Project.
Road Infrastructure. At or prior to expiration of the Examination Period, Buyer and Seller shall have agreed upon the Road Infrastructure Agreement (as defined below) in accordance with Exhibit “B”, which shall be executed and delivered at Closing.
Road Infrastructure. With the aim of achieving regional integration and access to social services and markets, favourably influencing food prices to guarantee the right to food and raising the income level of campesino communities, the national Government will draw up and implement a national tertiary road plan, based on the following criteria: • Active community participation, by both men and women, in the prioritization, implementation and monitoring of the works. • Technical assistance and the promotion of the organizational capabilities of communities, to guarantee the upkeep and sustainability of the works. • Stimulation of the local economy, giving priority to the hiring of male and female workers and the acquisition of local materials. • Promotion and application of diverse technological solutions. • The importance of guaranteeing the sustainability of socioenvironmental conditions.
Road Infrastructure. Alleviation of traffic bottlenecks consisting of: (a) widening of existing roadways at Pangjiang Jie; (b) construction of new road segments at Lianhe and Beiyi Roads and at the Jianshe and Nanwu viaduct, interchanges at Gonghe and Fangxing Square, and over and underpass at railway crossings; and (c) resettlement and rehabilitation of Affected Persons in connection with the carrying out of Part A.3 of the Project.
Road Infrastructure. Construction of about four (4) kilometers (km) of new secondary roads, reconstruction of about twenty four (24) km of trunk, secondary and branch roads, and construction of a bridge of about one (1) km in length.
Road Infrastructure. Reconstruction of about twelve (12) km of trunk roads, including construction of about six (6) rail crossings and about three (3) bridges.
Road Infrastructure. Construction of about six (6) km of new roads and upgrading of about thirty nine (39) km of roads including about two (2) rail crossings.

Road Infrastructure. All onsite and abutting City right-of-way frontage transportation infrastructure, including but not limited to, the re-establishment of a north/south connection through the site and other public streets, private streets, sidewalks, streetscape improvements, lighting, signage and other requirements within the boundaries of the Project, other improvements identified and required by the Traffic Study, and abutting City right-of-way frontage along the Project shall be, or caused to be, constructed by KRF in substantial conformance with all applicable City Rules and Regulations governing site development and infrastructure. The extent of the onsite road infrastructure needed to support each building constructed will be determined during the Site Development Plan phase for each project.
