Infrastructure and Improvements Clause Samples
The "Infrastructure and Improvements" clause defines the responsibilities and rights related to the construction, maintenance, and modification of physical structures or enhancements on a property. It typically outlines which party is permitted or required to build, repair, or upgrade elements such as buildings, utilities, roads, or landscaping, and may specify standards or approval processes for such work. This clause ensures clarity regarding ownership, upkeep, and permissible changes to the property, thereby preventing disputes and allocating responsibility for the property's physical condition.
