Effective June 30, 2016 and thereafter, employees who have a minimum of ten (10) consecutive years of District service just before they are to receive terminal pay benefits and who are retiring/leaving the employment of the District or who are entering into DROP shall have such terminal pay benefits provided to them through the BENCOR National Government Employees Retirement Plan as adopted by the School Board in 1999.
The parties agree to participate in a “Special Pay Plan” for terminal pay as administered by BENCOR National Government Employees Retirement Plan.
All bargaining unit employees shall be placed on the eligibility list for participation in the Bencor National Government Employees Retirement Plan (Bencor Special Pay Plan) under terms and conditions provided to other employees working for the Employer.
