Secondary roads definition

Secondary roads or “secondary road system” means those roads under county jurisdiction.

Secondary roads or "secondary road system" shall mean those roads, outside the boundaries of municipalities, classified as trunk, trunk collector and area service under section 306.3 (Code of Iowa as may be amended hereafter).
