Одобрять Отчеты агента в соответствии с положениями статьи 5 настоящего Соглашения; 3.1.4. Предоставить Агенту все имеющиеся у него сведения и документы, необходимые для поиска Поставщиков/ Покупателей и Поставщиков сопутствующих услуг; 3.1.5. Принимать от Агента протоколы переговоров, письма, справки о проделанной работе и другие материалы, связанные с исполнением настоящего Соглашения; 3.1.6. Проводить переговоры с потенциальными Поставщиками/ Покупателями и Поставщиками сопутствующих услуг или их представителями;
