Data Protection Regulations definition

Data Protection Regulations means all applicable data protection, privacy and electronic marketing legislation including Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any legislation and/or binding regulations amending, replacing, supplementing, implementing them or made in pursuance of them including the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended and any codes of practice relating to the same;
Data Protection Regulations means Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and on Freedom of Information as amended, or any future generally binding legal regulation replacing the above.

Data Protection Regulations means the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and its successive amendments ("French Data Protection Act"), Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector of 12 July 2002, as well as all legislative provisions, regulations, guidelines, opinions, certifications, approvals, recommendations or final judicial decisions relating to the protection of personal data applicable to the Processing of Personal Data, already in force or which will enter into force during the term of this Subcontracting Agreement, including the measures, guidelines and opinions of the Working Party referred to in Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC of the European Committee on Data Protection referred to in Articles 63 and seq. of the GDPR and of any other competent authority. In the event of a conflict between the French Data Protection Act, the GDPR and/or the measures adopted by the competent authorities to implement them, the provisions of the GDPR and the measures adopted to implement it shall take precedence.
Data Protection Regulations refers to all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and any further applicable local laws and regulations, as well as any subordinate legislation made thereunder and any primary and secondary legislation re-enacting, consolidating, or modifying the same.
