Preliminary Report means the communication used for the prompt dissemination of data obtained during the early stages of the investigation;

  • If the Developer fails to deliver the Developer’s Title Notice to the City within thirty (30) days following the Developer’s receipt of the Preliminary Report, the Developer will be deemed to approve the status of title to the Property.

More Definitions of Preliminary Report

Preliminary Report means a Report of the Calculation Agent setting forth the results of any applicable calculations required in connection with an Initial Borrowing Request.
