Examples of Preliminary Report in a sentence
Following the delivery of the list of Reviewable Receivables and before the delivery of a Preliminary Report or the Final Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer or the Sponsor may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Reviewable Receivable is paid in full, substituted or repurchased by the Sponsor, the Depositor or the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.07 of the Servicing Agreement, Section 2.04(a) of the Trust Sale Agreement or Section 4.04 of the Pooling Agreement.
Should a provider have a concern that does not fall in any of the categories above (i.e. the score on your final report does not reflect what was in the Preliminary Report), a Payment Dispute Form must be requested and completed within 60 days of receiving the final statement.
Seller has not alienated, encumbered, transferred, mortgaged, assigned, pledged, or otherwise conveyed its interest in the Property or any portion thereof, nor entered into any Agreement to do so, and there are no liens, encumbrances, mortgages, covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements or other matters affecting the Property, except as disclosed in the Preliminary Report.
At the end of the measurement year, before payment is issued, QIP will send out a Preliminary Report detailing the final point earnings for all measures except Readmissions.
Beyond this Preliminary Report review period, disputes will not be considered.
