Right to Review After receiving written notice of the denial of a claim, a claimant or his representative shall be entitled to:
Right to Review Tax Returns The Responsible Company with respect to any Tax Return shall make such Tax Return and related workpapers available for review by the other Company, if requested, to the extent (a) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may be liable, (b) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may be liable in whole or in part or for any additional Taxes owing as a result of adjustments to the amount of Taxes reported on such Tax Return, (c) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may have a claim for Tax Benefits under this Agreement, or (d) the requesting party reasonably determines that it must inspect such Tax Return to confirm compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The Responsible Company shall make such Tax Return available for review as required under this paragraph at least thirty (30) days prior to the due date for filing such Tax Returns to provide the requesting party with a meaningful opportunity to analyze and comment on such Tax Returns and have such Tax Returns modified before filing. The Companies shall attempt in good faith to resolve any issues arising out of the review of such Tax Returns. Issues that cannot be resolved by the Companies shall be resolved in the manner set forth in Section 14; provided, however, that such Tax Return shall be timely filed in the manner prepared by the Responsible Company if the issues cannot be resolved prior to the time required by law (including extensions) for the filing of such Tax Return.
Right of Review and Audit Upon request by the EA, Contractor shall provide the EA with copies of its policies and related procedures that pertain to the protection of PII. It may be made available in a form that does not violate Contractor’s own information security policies, confidentiality obligations, and applicable laws. In addition, Contractor may be required to undergo an audit of its privacy and security safeguards, measures and controls as it pertains to alignment with the requirements of New York State laws and regulations, the EA’s policies applicable to Contractor, and alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework performed by an independent third party at Contractor’s expense, and provide the audit report to the EA. Contractor may provide the EA with a recent industry standard independent audit report on Contractor’s privacy and security practices as an alternative to undergoing an audit.
Right to request (a) An employee entitled to parental leave may request the employer to allow the employee:
Right to Respond Employees will be given a copy of any and all material that may be used against them in a disciplinary action at the time that it is placed in the file. Explanatory rebuttal statements can be attached to the material housed in the file provided such statement is made within ten (10) working days after the employee receives the material. Any reference to allegations that are investigated and determined to be unfounded shall be removed from an employee’s file.
Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use. In that case, no payments for these goods are due.
Right to Reject Investment In contrast, we have the right to reject your subscription for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion. If we reject your subscription, any money you have given us will be returned to you.

Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
Right to Receive Documentation a. Periodic Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any ATM or POS terminal, debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
