Hour Notice. The University will give Tenant no less than 24 hours' written notice of its intent to enter the Rental Property which entry will occur only during normal business hours, and only for such purposes as are permitted by law.

Hour Notice. In the event a meeting is rescheduled, any staff member unable to attend due to previously scheduled commitments will not be penalized. The agenda for the regular monthly faculty meeting should be posted twenty-four hours (24) prior to the meeting. Under emergency situations a special faculty meeting may be scheduled by the principal. Bargaining unit members are required to attend all faculty meetings unless excused by the building principal.
Hour Notice. Section 6.08. In the event an individual Employer issues a check for payroll, fringe benefits and/or deductions required or permitted by this Agreement for which there are no funds available to cover, or in the event that payments for wages, fringe benefits and/or deductions required or permitted by this Agreement are not made or if any of the reporting forms for the fringe benefits or deductions identified in the Agreement are not made on their required due dates, the Union shall have the right upon seventy-two (72) hours written notice to the individual Employer to remove from the delinquent individual Employer's jobs all bargaining unit employees. The Union may also demand that any such Employer pay its employees for all wages lost due to the withdrawal of their services pursuant to this section. If the Local Union makes such a demand the individual Employer shall be responsible for those lost wages, fringe benefits and deductions. The Union also reserves the right, but is not required, to terminate the Agreement with the delinquent individual Employer after said notice is delivered. The events identified in this Section are excluded from the coverage of Article I, Section 1.04. All contributions covered by this Agreement shall be paid into the Fund monthly, not later than the 15th day following the close of any month.
Hour Notice. Should the Seller at any time prior to fulfilment of the suspensive conditions stated above receive another bona fide offer which he in his sole discretion wishes to accept then he shall notify the Purchaser herein, in writing, of his intention to accept such offer (a copy of such Offer shall simultaneously be shown to the Purchaser) and the Purchaser shall have seventy-two (72) hours from receipt of such notification (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) within which to waive, in writing, the benefit of all suspensive conditions of this agreement whereupon this agreement will become finally binding. Should the Purchaser fail to so waive then this agreement will lapse and be of no further force or effect.
Hour Notice. If the Tenant, someone in the Tenant’s control, or the Tenant’s pet threatens to inflict or actually inflicts personal injury upon the Landlord or other Tenants, inflicts injury upon any person on the premises with the consent of another Tenant or the Landlord, inflicts injury upon another located within the immediate vicinity of the property, intentionally inflicts substantial damage to the premises or commits any act which is outrageous in the extreme, including illegal activity, a 24 hour notice to terminate may be served upon the Tenant.
Hour Notice. [NRS 118A.330] Landlord agrees to give Tenant a twenty-four (24) hour notification before entry, except in case of emergency or as indicated in Section 27, Item D, “TENANT DAMAGE REPAIRS”.
