Reviewing Personnel File. Upon advance notice given to the Human Resources Manager allowing a mutually agreeable time to be determined, an employee will be allowed to review their Personnel file.

Reviewing Personnel File. An employee, upon twenty-four (24) hours advance notice to the superintendent, shall have the right to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The superintendent or his/her designee shall be present during the review; upon the employee's request, a GEO representative may also be present. An employee shall have the right to respond in writing to any material contained in the file, and his/her response shall be attached to the file copy. A copy of any disciplinary material relevant to a specific employee will be given to the employee prior to it being placed in the employee's file.
