Review of Personnel File. Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.
Review of Personnel File. An employee shall have access to all material in the employee’s official personnel file at a time or times mutually convenient to OC and the employee. Examination of the contents of the official personnel file shall be in the presence of a person authorized by OC.
Review of Personnel File. Each teacher shall have the right upon request to review the contents of his/her own file. A representative of the Association may, at the teacher’s request, accompany the teacher in his/her review. This review may be made in the presence of the administrator responsible for the safe keeping of such file.

Such employee shall have the right, with proper advance notice, to review the material prepared for their file by the District, excluding pre-employment information and other material judged confidential by the Board. A representative of the Association may be requested to accompany the employee in such review.

Employees shall be allowed to review all their personnel folders alone or with another bargaining unit employee or a xxxxxxx, along with someone from the appropriate department, at any reasonable time upon sufficient advance request. Materials in an employee's personnel folder may be disclosed only in compliance with state and federal law. The employee may have copies of material for a reasonable fee. Employees may include rebuttals to material for inclusion in the file.

Review of Personnel File. A teacher shall have the right, upon request, to review the contents of his/her personnel file in the presence of an administrator. He/she shall have the right to respond to its contents in writing and such response shall become part of the file. A representative of the Association will be allowed, upon request of the teacher, to accompany the teacher in such review.
Review of Personnel File. At the mutual convenience of the Employee and the Superintendent or his designee, an Employee shall have access to their personnel file. At the Employee's request a representative of the Association may accompany the Employee in such review. There shall be one personnel file for each Employee which shall contain all records and information except confidential material. The term "confidential material" refers to confidential placement credentials from a college or university, personal references, reference checks with a prior employer authorized by and with the knowledge of the Employee, and any material protected from disclosure pursuant to Public Act 83-1104.
Review of Personnel File. A Professional Staff Member may periodically review his/her personnel file. Such review shall take place within a reasonable period of time after the request. A third party selected by the Professional Staff Member at the option of the Professional Staff Member may be present during such review. A representative of the ADMINISTRATION, at the option of the ADMINISTRATION, may also be present during such review.
Review of Personnel File. An employee may review his personnel file, except 34 confidential information (e.g., pre-employment reports, medical reports labeled confidential, 35 etc.). An employee may add memoranda to the file clarifying any documents contained in the 36 file and may have a representative of the Union present when reviewing his file. The Employer 37 may also have a representative present. A request for copies of items included in the file shall be 38 honored. 39
