Returning to Former Position. Where an employee is selected to fill a temporary vacancy pursuant to this Article the Hospital will return the employee to her former position upon completion of the temporary vacancy, unless the position has been discontinued, in which case the employee shall be given a comparable job to that of the former position.

Returning to Former Position. Any employee who is selected for a new position may be returned, or may elect to be returned, to his/her former job or equivalent position without prejudice within ten (10) work days from the date of new assignment, unless the ten work days is interrupted by a school break or employee vacation of fifteen (15) calendar days or more, in which case the opportunity to return to the former position terminates on the last work day before the break or vacation period.

Provided, however, that if any work is of a continuous nature where it is not possible or prudent to keep it uncovered or incomplete, the Contractor shall notify the schedule of carrying out such work to give sufficient opportunity, not being less than 3 (three) business days’ notice, to the Authority’s Engineer to conduct its inspection, measurement or test while the work is continuing. Provided further that in the event the Contractor receives no response from the Authority’s Engineer within a period of 3 (three) business days from the date on which the Contractor’s notice hereunder is delivered to the Authority’s Engineer, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Authority’s Engineer would not undertake the said inspection.

  • Participating TO Obligations The Participating TO shall maintain the Participating TO’s Transmission System and the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

This section is intended to apply to all Work Product as well as to all documents and things furnished to Vendor by Customer or by anyone else that pertain to the Work Product.
