Retirement Recognition. The Township of Xxxxxxxx agrees to release to retirement personnel who complete twenty (20) or more years of service of employment in the Fire Division, as an expression of appreciation and gratitude for the years of faithful service rendered to the community, the following items: • Badge • Class A Uniform • Helmet with shield The Fire Chief shall have the discretion to release the foregoing items to other retiring fire personnel based on special circumstances.

Retirement Recognition. At retirement, a member who has twenty-five (25) years or more service may elect to take six (6) additional weeks vacation immediately prior to retirement or six (6) weeks pay in lieu. Similarly, a member who has twenty (20) years service or more up to twenty-five (25) years may elect four (4) weeks additional vacation or equivalent pay in lieu. Members should make their election as early as possible in their final year to minimize any departmental disruption.
Retirement Recognition. The Agency will consider providing honorary or non-monetary recognition of the employee's efforts in support of USDA's mission (or other agency if the career includes Federal employment outside of USDA). The Agency may also present a retirement certificate to the employee.

Employees who have a HCSP waiver on file shall receive a two hundred fifty dollars ($250) cash payment. If the employee separates due to death, the two hundred fifty dollars ($250) is paid in cash, not to the HCSP. An employee who becomes totally and permanently disabled on or after January 1, 2008, who receives a State disability benefit, and is eligible for a deferred annuity under a State retirement program is also eligible for the two hundred fifty dollar ($250) contribution to the MSRS Health Care Savings Plan. Employees are eligible for this benefit only once.

  • Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.

  • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • Retirement Savings Plan Within fifteen (15) days after the date of Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay to Employee a cash payment in an amount, if any, necessary to compensate Employee for the Employee’s unvested interests under the Company’s retirement savings plan which are forfeited by Employee in connection with the Termination of Employment.
