Responsive Programming. Broker and Licensee mutually acknowledge their interest in ensuring that the Stations serve the needs and interests of the residents of the Stations' community of license and service areas and agree to cooperate in doing so. Licensee shall, on a regular basis, assess the issues of concern to residents of the Stations' community of license and service areas and address those issues in its public service programming. Licensee shall describe those issues and responsive programming and place issues/programs lists in the Stations' public inspection file as required by FCC rules. The Programming shall include material that is responsive to the issues identified by Licensee. Licensee may request, and Broker shall provide, information concerning such of Broker's Programming that is responsive to community issues so as to assist Licensee in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations. Broker shall also provide to Licensee upon request such other information necessary to enable Licensee to prepare records and reports required by the FCC or other local, state or federal government entities.

Broker shall also provide to Licensee upon request such other information necessary to enable Licensee to prepare records and reports required by the FCC or other local, state or federal government entities.

Licensee may request, and Programmer shall provide, information concerning such of Programmer's Programming that is responsive to community issues so as to assist Licensee in the satisfaction of their public service programming obligations.

Related to Responsive Programming

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Feedback 14.1 You may, at Your sole discretion, provide Your input regarding the Services, products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the Services, products and/or services, or input as to whether You believe Our development direction is consistent with Your own business and IT needs (collectively “Feedback”). We shall be entitled to use Feedback for any purpose without notice, restriction or remuneration of any kind to You and/or Your Representatives.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services.   • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
