Packages a. CLIENT has purchased one or more of the following packages (the “Package”) as Full Season, Single Game or Bundled Packages from TAILGATE GUYS as reflected in the order placed with TAILGATE GUYS by CLIENT and incorporated herein by reference upon payment therefore:
Packages. (a) The Operator undertakes to the Broadcaster, that the Subscribed Channels shall not be disadvantaged or otherwise treated less favorably by the Operator with respect to other channels of similar genre while including the channels in any of its Package.
Packages. Packages must bear Twitter's Order number, show quantity or gross and net weights, and conform to Twitter's labeling requirements, if specified, and as applicable. No charges for packaging will be payable by Twitter unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packing slip must be enclosed, and must reference Twitter’s Order number and Order line item.

Packages. Resident authorizes Edgewood Commons Apartments to accept or reject packages, parcels, and deliveries on behalf of the Resident. Resident understands that packages, parcels, and deliveries accepted by Edgewood Commons may not be kept in a locked or otherwise secured area. Resident understands that any perishable packages, parcels, and deliveries may not be stored in a climate-controlled environment. Resident agrees to hold Edgewood Commons and Capstone On-Campus Management free of liability or responsibility for packages, parcels, or deliveries should they be lost, damaged, or otherwise harmed. Further, the Resident understand that if they fail to claim such packages, parcels, or deliveries within seven (7) days, the package will be returned to the sender.

Packages. Resident authorizes Owner to sign and accept any packages, letters, or other deliveries sent to Resident through UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, United States Postal Service or the like. Resident agrees that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Owner does not accept responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged, or unordered deliveries, and agrees to hold Owner harmless for the same. No packages addressed to persons not listed on the Lease Contract will be accepted, and will be refused or returned immediately to sender. Packages accepted by Owner will not be delivered to the Leased Premises.
Packages. Whilst every effort is made to reflect the true situation, instances may occur when airlines cancel sales. Glory Days Limited will advise you within 48 hours if this is the case and will do all they can to reinstate your booking. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred in having to purchase new tickets at a higher fare. Payment for tickets will of course be refunded to you if the package is terminated by the airline or us.
