RESIDENTIAL DINING SERVICES. A) Participation Requirements: Participation in a meal plan is mandatory for all Licensees residing in the RH, TCS, TJS, and VCS communities. Students residing in in these communities are required to choose a minimum of a twelve (12) a week. Licensees who relocate from a community where a meal plan is mandatory will be defaulted to the lowest available meal plan. Students in the CalFresh program are required to have a meal plan. Proof of enrollment is required, and students are able to select a 5 meal per week option at the rate of $222 per meal plan installment. Participation in a meal plan is voluntary for Licensees residing in MSQ, UPN and UPS. Voluntary meal plans are purchased directly from the Residential Dining Services vendor and are not subject to the Student License Terms and Conditions. Mandatory and voluntary meals are non-transferrable.

Students will be able to order their preferred meal remotely and picked up from a designated location. Students residing in RH, TJS, TCS, and VCS are required to choose a minimum of a twelve (12) a week. Students assigned to UPN are required to choose a minimum of five (5) meals a week. Licensees who relocate from a community where a meal plan is not mandatory will be defaulted to the lowest available meal plan. Participation in a meal plan is voluntary for Licensees residing in MSQ and UPS. Voluntary meal plans are purchased directly from the Residential Dining Services vendor and are not subject to the Student License Terms and Conditions.

RESIDENTIAL DINING SERVICES. All Licensees are required to enroll in a meal plan by entering a meal contract. Dining services, including where and how services will be offered, is subject to the discretion of the University and the dining vendor and are subject to modification to address public health concerns. Due to the health and safety guidance adopted or that may be adopted by the University or the dining vendor, occupancy of dining facilities may be limited and the amount of time a patron may be present within the dining facilities may be limited. Furthermore, there may be operational alterations in the dining services if needed to comply with health and safety measures. Any such alterations or refusals of services do not constitute a termination of a Licensee’s meal plan agreement, provided that there is an appropriate mechanism (i.e. delivery, pick-up/to-go services, etc.) available for the Licensee to obtain food offered through the meal plan program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon reasonable notice, residential dining reserves the right to terminate meal contracts due to public health emergency needs, including COVID-19.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
