Outside Services definition
Outside Services means non-exempt covered services provided by other than the primary care provider. (6-1-94)
Outside Services means both (i) services for an Offering that Company or its contractors do not perform that would be in the scope of Live Offering Services if performed under this Agreement; and (ii) services involving the solicitation of Prospective Subscribers commonly called “placement services” for an Offering outside of this Agreement.
Outside Services shall include, but shall not be limited to, cleaning services, television, so-called "CANNED MUSIC" services, security services, catering services and the like). In the event Landlord approves the installation and/or utilization of such services, such installation and utilization shall be at Tenant's sole cost, risk and expense.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Managing Broker-Dealer is not responsible for Outside Services, including accreditation checks, know-your-client (“KYC”) checks, and other diligence for Subscribers and Investors.
More Definitions of Outside Services
Outside Services shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4(f) of Exhibit E.
Outside Services shall be as defined in Section 5.3.
Outside Services means the other ancillary and occasional use of a Member of staff’s expertise and knowledge that is normally expected of academics, such as guest lecturing, presentations at conferences, serving on scientific advisory boards, research councils or other professional associations, or performing charitable and community work.
Outside Services shall include, but shall not be limited to, utility providers, security services, moving facilities, equipment installers, catering services and the like). Notwithstanding any Landlord approval of the installation and/or utilization of such services or vendors, such installation and utilization shall be at Tenant's sole cost, risk and expense.
Outside Services means the other ancillary and occasional use of a Staff Members, expertise and knowledge that is normally expected to academics, such as guest lecturing, presentations at conferences, serving on scientific advisory boards, research councils or other professional associations, or performing charitable and community work.
Outside Services means (i) all services of the nature identified in Exhibit A for an Offering that the Company does not perform; and (ii) services involving the solicitation of Prospective Subscribers commonly called “placement services” for an Offering outside of this Agreement. Selling efforts by Client’s associated persons conducted in accordance with 17 C.F.R. 240.3a4-1 are not Outside Services.
Outside Services means the other ancillary and occasional use of a Staff Member’s expertise and knowledge that is normally expected of academics, such as technology solutions, industrial training, teaching assignments, conduct of workshops,/ conferences/ training etc., guest lecturing, presentations at conferences, serving on scientific advisory boards, research councils or other professional associations, or performing charitable and community work.
