Spring Recess. If a hard shutdown is declared for spring recess, a 52-week employee who plans to work shall notify the Human Resources Manager by February 15 that his/her worksite will be shutdown and he/she needs to be relocated to another worksite during spring recess. The employee shall be notified of his/her alternate worksite by March 1.
Spring Recess. Drivers with the fewest accumulated vacation hours shall be given priority for spring recess driving assignments.

Spring Recess. The child shall reside with each parent for one half of their spring recess from school. The "second portion" shall begin at 6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of spring recess and shall end at 6:00 p.m. the evening before school resumes after spring recess when the custody schedule reverts back to the regular schedule.

  • Reasonableness of Restrictions I acknowledge and recognize the highly competitive nature of the Company’s business, that access to Confidential Information renders me special and unique within the Company’s industry, and that I will have the opportunity to develop substantial relationships with existing and prospective clients, accounts, customers, consultants, contractors, investors, and strategic partners of the Company Group during the course of and as a result of my employment with the Company. In light of the foregoing, I recognize and acknowledge that the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Non-Interference Agreement are reasonable and valid in geographical and temporal scope and in all other respects and are essential to protect the value of the business and assets of the Company Group. I acknowledge further that the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Non-Interference Agreement will not materially interfere with my ability to earn a living following the termination of my employment with the Company and that my ability to earn a livelihood without violating such restrictions is a material condition to my employment with the Company.

  • VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS Section 1. The following procedures will be followed in the posting and filling of vacant or newly created permanent positions within the bargaining unit. The purpose of this system is to inform employees of vacancies and newly created positions and to afford employees, who are interested and who feel that they qualify an equal opportunity to apply for the vacant or newly created position. It is understood that probationary employees and employees on a leave of absence for any reason may not have the same period of notice as other employees concerning position vacancies.

  • Keeping Records (i) The Seller will, and will cause the Originator to, have and maintain (A) administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate Records if originals are destroyed), (B) adequate facilities, personnel and equipment and (C) all Records and other information necessary or advisable for collecting the Receivables (including Records adequate to permit the immediate identification of each new Receivable and all Collections of, and adjustments to, each existing Receivable). The Seller will give the Agent prior notice of any material change in such administrative and operating procedures.
