Assignment Changes. A. Assignments shall not be changed without prior consultation with the MBU; however, if the assignment must be changed before the MBU reports to work the following year, and every reasonable effort has been made to consult without success, the MBU will then be notified in writing.
Assignment Changes. An employee desiring to work additional days must submit a change of assignment form. Change of assignment forms must be submitted to the Operations Department no later than July 1 each year and will remain on file for up to twelve (12) months. A change in the number of days worked in the same building shall not be considered a transfer.

Assignment Changes. Residents may request a reassignment to another room within their building or to another community on campus. Residents must meet with their Community Director in order to submit a reassignment request. After fall semester opening in August, changes will be considered two weeks after classes begin and only as space is available.

The University reserves the right to change room assignments, to assign a new Licensee or reassign a current Licensee to any unoccupied bed space at any time for reasons of healthy, student welfare, discipline, administrative necessity or as a result of a administrative action. Unauthorized use or room changes at any time during the contract term are prohibited and considered a serious material breach of license
Assignment Changes. During all other times, room changes will be made on an emergency and administrative need basis only. Requests for changes in room assignments must be submitted via the Room Change Request form in the housing portal, approved by the appropriate Area Coordinator and generally will not be considered during the first and last two weeks of each semester. Licensee's billing statements will be adjusted to reflect any changes in accommodations. Failure to follow the guidelines for changing room assignments may result in additional administration charges.
Assignment Changes. Except in unusual circumstances, the District will not change a properly authorized assignment once a substitute has been called. If it becomes necessary to change an assignment, the substitute will be notified in advance whenever possible and with an explanation.
Assignment Changes. Unit members shall be notified of their tentative assignments for the coming year prior to the last workday in May of the current work year. A unit member shall be notified by District email of any change in the tentative assignment by the originator of the change. Prior to making any final decision regarding the change in a unit member's current assignment and/or schedule within a school or administrative division to another assignment within the same school or administrative division, the unit member's immediate supervisor or their designee shall attempt in good faith to discuss the proposed change with the unit member. The administration shall consider any alternative way of handling the situation if the unit member objects to the proposed change in assignment.
Assignment Changes. It is recognized that extenuating circumstances may necessitate a change of Assignments. If it is necessary for an assignment change during the two-week window preceding pre-planning, the bargaining unit member will be notified of the change via summer contact information immediately upon determination of the change. If the employee is not satisfied with the assignment change, they will have the right to apply for another position in the district, interview, and, if selected, make the transfer to that position.
Assignment Changes. The Company agrees to adjust by seniority when filing open assignments due to plant requirements. It is agreed adjustments will be required only when sufficient time permits. Sufficient time shall be defined as one hour or more for full utilization of the seniority canvass. (c02)
